The argument

Three methods, not twelve. The long version tests worse and dilutes each one.

01

The markup

On the products we audited, an average of 6.2% of what you paid was the supplement. The rest was brand, packaging, and the discount code that sent you there.

02

Fairy dusting

The ingredient is real; the dose is theatre. Ashwagandha trials used 600mg a day. A typical stress blend carries 75mg and cites the same paper.

03

The form swap

Magnesium oxide absorbs at about 4% and costs a fifth of a cent. Glycinate absorbs at about 80%. Both are legally 'magnesium', and only one of them does anything.

Peel back the marketing. Tear away the hype. Crack open the truth.

Supplements don't need fairy tales. They need science.
